Thank you for registering to attend MN Private Colleges Job and Internship Fair on Feb. 22 and 23 at the Minneapolis Convention Center. There are 87 Gusties registered today! Please note that you may be getting messages asking you to register for fair. That is because I am trying to get your friends to register before the price goes up! I have not found a good way to unselect all of you from that list….so if you get those please be patient a few more days!
To help you stay on track with making fair a successful event for you, I will be sending you messages often! Below is a to do list for this week:
1. Review the fair website at mnpcfair.org – watch the videos to see what candidates and employers say to do for preparation.
2. On Handshake go to Planning on the left sidebar and review the Fair Preparation Plan.
3. If your resume is not yet approved on Handshake – get uploaded as soon as possible!
4. Once your resume is approved on Handshake – ALSO upload it to the fair website at mnpcfair.org.
5. Start reviewing the employer list to identify those who you would like to send letters to request pre-select interviews at the fair (see the booklet for details on that.)
6. If you want to take the bus from campus on Wednesday, Feb. 22, please Join the Event on Handshake.
