Fair Goers:
- I am STILL missing MANY resumes! Please get resumes post on Handshake as soon as possible so that when they are approved there you can post on the fair site at mnpcfair.org.
- Good we are 47 resumes posted on the Fair site at mnpcfair.org. We are a month from fair so employers will start looking at those resumes more and more!
- Today there are 238 employers registered for fair. That number continues to go up! Reviewing all the employers will take time! Start now!
- Is anyone sending letters and resumes to ask to schedule interviews at the Fair? These are called Pre-Select interviews. It is the best bet for success! You could walk in with interviews scheduled!
- Now is the time to send the letters and resumes! Send to as many employers as you are interested in. If you hear from the – great! Schedule it. If you do not hear from them – plan to talk to the at the fair.
- Your goal at the fair is to ask for interviews. The value of the fair is to connect with as many employers as possible on one or two days.
- I know it seems far away – but really – plan to spend 2 hours this week on researching and getting ready for fair!
