Fair Goers:
I know I sent a message earlier – but I am getting things stacked up so I am sending another!
First – see attached….it has the map with the employer booths and info for at the fair.
Second, I am hearing that people are getting pre-select interviews! This is great!
Scheduling interviews:
- There is a time chart in the booklet you got so you can schedule interviews.
- Interviews are scheduled for half hour.
- Schedule Wednesday if you can – so you do not have to return on Thursday for interviews.
- If given a choice, do not schedule between 9 a.m. (when booth area opens) and noon on Wed. So you have time to meet other employers and schedule other interviews.
- Also block any times you want to attend Science and Data Analysis panels on Wed.
- Also, if you are needing to leave the fair by a certain time, block that on your chart.
- If they ask what time you want:
You can say you have flexibility but would prefer a time between 12:00 and 2:00 on Wednesday…..or whatever your preference is.
