Fair Goers:
I will NOT be able to meet with all of you individually before fair! So….you will need to ask questions by email and/or attend group sessions. The big thing right now is – REVIEW employer list! There are 238 employers registered for fair. We expect that will go to 260 by fair day. This is the MOST EVER! It WILL take time to review the list!
- Copy the employer list into Word doc.
- Delete any that you KNOW you will not be interested in.
- Begin to work through the list – take 5 at a time and go on the website to look at the employer info.
- Sort into categories: A (high interest), B (some interest), C (possible interest), D (gather more info).
- DO NOT lock in too hard the info on the career positions on the webpage. If you have interest in the organization, do send an email with resume to request a pre-select interview OR indicate you are interested and will stop by booth on Wednesday at the fair.

Tuesday, Jan. 27: 3:00 – Center for Servant Leadership – What to Say to Employers – Cynthia will go over what to say when you talk to employers at the fair including what info you should know about employers before you talk to them.
Thursday, Jan. 29 – 3:00 Center for Servant Leadership – Employer List – Cynthia will review the fair employer list to highlight those that might be of interest to you.
