- If your resume is approved on GusieJobs – ALSO go to mnpcfair.organd upload it there for Fair employers to see. So far we have only 44 resumes uploaded there…..keep it going!
- Remember to download the fair app – MNPC Career Fair +.
- This fair is NOT like other career/job fairs. To be successful at this event, you REALLY need to do advance preparation. You need to:
- Research employers
- Plan which employers you want to talk to
- Plan your time – when you will arrive, which panels you will attend, when you will schedule interviews etc.
- Plan your logistics: how you will get there, what you will wear, what you will bring with you
- Prepare to be successful in interviews – there is MUCH more interviewing at this fair than candidates expect.
